Angela Bingham PharmD BCPS

Dr. Angela Bingham is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Administration at the University of the Sciences. She has a clinical practice site in the medical/surgical ICU at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ.

Dr. Bingham earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in Columbia, SC. As post-graduate training, she completed a pharmacy practice residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and then specialized in critical care at The Regional Medical Center at Memphis in conjunction with The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. Bingham teaches in Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Practice Laboratory/Case Studies, and Critical Care courses. She serves as a critical care preceptor for APPE and IPPE students as well as the pharmacy residents at her practice site. Dr. Bingham’s research interests involve pharmacotherapy in critical illness including infectious complications and nutrition support therapy in critically ill patients. Additionally, Dr. Bingham’s professional interests include interprofessional education, advanced cardiac life support, leadership development, mentorship within the profession, and public health.

Dr. Bingham is an active member of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
