Grad Programs
Health Policy Program Overview
In the Department of Health Policy and Public Health, we’ll prepare you to make your mark in the rapidly expanding health policy field while making a difference in the world.
Our health policy program—with master of science and doctoral degrees—gives you the tools to excel in private, government, and academic settings. Through the combination of coursework, research, and practice opportunities, you’ll examine the primary factors driving health policy decisions: access, quality, cost, and innovations in health in America.
Our strong interdisciplinary focus means you’ll also learn to analyze health policy issues through many lenses, including regulatory, economics, sociology, epidemiology, and statistics. The result? You’ll know how to work effectively with the myriad professionals whose input is critical to effecting change and realizing progress.
Designed for Your Life
With a part-time enrollment option and evening courses, our health policy program accommodates the schedules and demands of today’s working professionals. Very few doctoral programs in the region offer this level of individual attention and flexibility.
